Details
A low-foam gel that lifts sunscreen, sweat and the day's grime, then rinses away without the tight, squeaky feeling. The formula is set to pH 5.5, which sits inside the range measured on healthy skin.
The cleansing base is coco-glucoside and sodium cocoyl glutamate, two mild surfactants derived from coconut, with betaine and panthenol so skin still feels soft when you towel off. No soap, no fragrance, no essential oils.
Suits: All skin types, including dry and easily irritated skin. Use it as the first step morning and night, or once at night with only water in the morning if your skin is dry.

How to use
- Morning and nightWet your face and hands with lukewarm water.
- Morning and nightMassage one pump over your face for about 30 seconds. Keep it away from your eyes.

- NightWearing sunscreen or makeup? Cleanse twice: the first pass lifts it, the second cleans the skin.
How often: Morning and night. Dry skin can use water alone in the morning.
Warnings
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse with water if it gets in.

Shipping and returns
Delivery is RM 7 in Peninsular Malaysia (1 to 4 working days) and RM 18 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan (3 to 7 working days). It is free over RM 100 and RM 150 respectively. Cash on delivery is available in Peninsular Malaysia, RM 5 handling.
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Faulty or wrong items are always covered.

- Rinse-off products rarely need a patch test. If your skin reacts easily, try it on your jawline first.
- How long it takes
- You feel it straight away: clean, not tight. A cleanser does not change your skin over time, it just avoids getting in the way of everything you apply after it.
What the research says
Healthy skin is slightly acidic. A 330-person study found skin with a surface pH below 5 was in better condition, and that soap and tap water raise skin pH for a few hours. That is the reason for a low-foam, pH 5.5 cleanser instead of a soap.
What it does not say
pH is one factor among many, and no cleanser changes your skin's underlying condition.
