Details
A light, non-greasy fluid built on four modern filters that stay stable in sunlight: Tinosorb S, Uvinul A Plus, Uvinul T 150 and Tinosorb M. Together they cover UVB and the long-wave UVA that ages skin and drives dark spots. It also contains niacinamide at 2%.
The finish is soft and natural, with no white cast on medium and tan skin tones. It layers over moisturiser and under makeup. SPF 50 and PA++++ are demo labels: a real product must show lab reports for both before it is sold.
Suits: All skin types, including oily and blemish-prone skin. Wear it every morning, indoors too if you sit near a window.

How to use
- MorningSqueeze a line along the length of your index and middle fingers, about a teaspoon, for your face and neck.
- MorningDot it over your face and neck and blend. Do not rub it in until it disappears: you want an even layer.
- MorningApply it about 15 minutes before you go out, as the last step of your routine.
- MorningReapply every 2 hours when outdoors, and after sweating or swimming.
How often: Every morning, and again every 2 hours if you are outdoors.
Warnings
- Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product.
- Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or toweling.
- Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Shade, a hat and clothing do more than any cream.
- Avoid the eyes. Rinse with water if any gets in.
- SPF 50 and PA++++ are demo claims for a fictional product. A real product must show in-vivo SPF test results (ISO 24444) and UVA protection data before it is sold.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is RM 7 in Peninsular Malaysia (1 to 4 working days) and RM 18 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan (3 to 7 working days). It is free over RM 100 and RM 150 respectively. Cash on delivery is available in Peninsular Malaysia, RM 5 handling.
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Faulty or wrong items are always covered.

- How long it takes
- Protection starts once it is on, as long as you use enough. Most people use a third to a half of the amount that labels are tested at, so measure it the first few times.
What the research says
MetMalaysia notes that thin cloud does little to cut UV and that UVA reaches the ground mostly unfiltered, while the Skin Cancer Foundation reports UVA is up to 95% of the UV at the surface and passes through glass and cloud. SPF 30 filters about 97% of UVB and SPF 50 about 98%. The AAD advises broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, reapplied every two hours.
What it does not say
SPF describes UVB only, and comes from a test at a thick layer of 2 mg/cm2. Most people apply a third to a half of that, so real protection is lower. The JCIA PA grading and ISO tests are the way to prove UVA protection: filter percentages cannot be used to work out SPF or PA.
