Area
Taman Tun Dr Ismail

Taman Tun Dr Ismail was planned in 1973 by UDA-Seapark and built from 1974 on 286 hectares of old rubber estate land. It is named after Tun Dr Ismail, and it is one of the established freehold landed neighbourhoods on the western edge of Kuala Lumpur.

A typical double-storey terrace here sits on a plot such as 24 ft by 75 ft or 22 ft by 80 ft, with about 1,850 to 2,280 sq ft built up, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Many have been extended or renovated, so the size on the title and the size you see can differ.

The TTDI station on the MRT Kajang line, the market, the parks along Bukit Kiara and the expressways are all close. Prices are for houses, not a scheme, so every property is different: we shortlist by street, condition and title.

What we could not verify

  • A standard published plot size for every TTDI phase was not found. The plots quoted are from individual listings.
  • Brickz figures cover all residential transactions recorded in the TTDI township, not only two-storey terraces.
